As an artist, I have explored themes of identity and self-acceptance through the boundaries of psychology, mindfulness and the impact of creativity on wellbeing. I have discovered that creativity is good for us!

With practical exercises you can repeat any time and a free piece of meditation music, you can create art to display to reinforce your thinking and learn tools you can apply to other aspects of your life.

By taking this course you will create a better understanding of what makes you tick. You might identify some patterns that highlight your real aspirations or uncover some issues from your past that you had suppressed and hadn’t realised were still bothering you. You might realise there are areas in which you'd like to see some change, or perhaps that actually your life is pretty cool but you have been too busy to notice and slowing down to appreciate things might be helpful.
