Attentive Art Business Coaching

Turn your creativity into a sustainable source of income

Creative coaching & mentoring for neurodivergent creatives and those living with hidden disabilities

Find a way of working that supports you as you are.

This is for you if you are:

A multi passionate creative who doesn’t fit into one box.

Neurodivergent (diagnosed or self-identified)

Living with a hidden disability or are energetically challenged

Feeling overwhelmed trying to build something and ‘doing all the things’

A situation I really understand:

You might have a million ideas but you don’t know where to focus. You struggle to make them consistent or profitable. Marketing feels uncomfortable, unnatural or downright terrifying. You question your worth, your pricing, or your direction. You think there must be a better way than this.

There is.

You don’t have to do more. Or force yourself to create systems that don’t feel right for you.

You can build a creative life that works with you.

I’m Sophie Hannah Walker

I’ve spent over 25 years building a creative career across art, design, photography, writing, and business.

I started selling my handmade accessories at markets and boutiques as well as designing for fashion designer Paul Smith. I did my first art exhibition in London in 2000 and sold half my work, I was shortlisted for the Royal Academy in 2019. I ran my art gallery Kreiva for a year in 2023/24. I also spent 5 years as an ambassador with Psychologies magazine. I moved on from some of these projects due to CMT making it difficult, even before I knew I had it. Coupled with mental health challenges, I found it hard to keep up.

Because of this I’ve spent over a decade studying modern psychology, creativity and mental health and neurodivergence. Understanding how my mind works changed a lot for me. Not least, I realised it wasn’t my fault. What I came out with is a lot of qualifications and years of lived experience. Plus a creative practice that works for me.

This isn’t traditional business coaching.

We create a strategy that supports you. If you don’t feel comfortable with it, we don’t do it. Instead we work together to:

Bring clarity to your ideas

Build a business model that fits your energy

Find ways of sharing your work that feel natural

Create systems that prevent overwhelm

Reshape the beliefs that might be holding you back

Because if your nervous system believes you can’t do it, it will always feel like a challenge.

I’m here to help you find what is easy, and for that to be okay.
