Attentive Art exists to support your creativity, wellbeing and growth. If something doesn’t feel right, please contact me HERE. I believe in honest conversations and fair solutions.

Digital Products (Workshops, Courses & Downloads)

I offer a 14-day refund window on digital products.

If within 14 days of purchase you decide a product isn’t right for you, contact me at attentiveart.com/contact with your order number and I will issue a refund.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Refunds are not available after 14 days.

  • If you’ve accessed or downloaded the materials, I trust you to delete them if you request a refund.

  • Refunds may be declined in cases of repeated purchases and refund requests.

This policy is here to create trust and is not to be misused.

1:1 Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, time-reserved commitment.

When you book a 1:1 session, that time is held exclusively for you.

Single Sessions

  • You may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Coaching Packages

  • Payment plans are non-refundable once coaching has begun.

  • If you decide coaching is not right for you before your first session, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • Once the first session has taken place, refunds are not available.

If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact me. I approach these situations with care and fairness.

Live Workshops

  • Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.

  • Within 7 days, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to someone else (please notify me HERE).

  • If I need to cancel or reschedule, you’ll be offered a full refund or transfer.

Physical Products

  • You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

If something arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photographs and I will resolve it.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
