Art For Self Discovery is a five part course which leads you into an improved relationship with yourself and your life. The course consists of five creative activities, each with a meditation element, which are designed to generate the state of ‘flow’ which is where you become totally absorbed in what you are doing and this is what top psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi calls the secret to happiness.
In this course I am sharing five ways that small creative projects can show us things about ourselves, if we decide stop to listen. They may be things we do already; it is how we choose to look at them that can tell us what may be going on beneath the surface.
