This book was created from the blog posts written for Psychologies Magazine during 2020-21. I was an ambassador for the magazine at the time and managed the creative sub group of the Facebook group for subscribers. During the pandemic, I wrote a weekly blog with a creative challenge and how I also responded to those challenges. In 2023 a new editor at the magazine removed the blogging platform and no longer required ambassadors, so in order to keep this information and the exercises I created for it, I made it into a book.
